Refund and Returns Policy for Torasopic

At Torasopic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent refund and returns policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to initiate a return. Torasopic will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh cheeses, chocolates, or specialty items with expiration dates)
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return is not approved due to non-compliance with our return criteria, we will notify you and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

6. Late or Missing Refunds
